Cancellations made 60 or more days before the camp start date: Full refund minus a non-refundable deposit of 20%.
Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before the camp start date: Refund of payments minus the deposit and an additional cancellation fee up to 50% of the total price.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the camp start date: No refund, but the option to transfer or sell the spot to another participant.
It is strongly recommend that participants purchase trip/cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email and the cancellation date is the date the notice is received.

Thursday March 19th: 5–6 PM – Meet & Greet (Location TBD)

Friday March 20th : 9 AM – Meet at Ajax mountain, ski until 3 PM

Saturday March 21st: 9 AM – Meet at Ajax mountain, ski until 3 PM

Sunday March 22nd: 9 AM – Meet at Ajax mountain, snack around 11:30, ski until 2 PM, late lunch then après ski until 5 PM
